A Journey of Awakening
into Servant Leadership
For over 16 years, I have pursued the mindful study and intentional use of entheogenic compounds as cornerstones of self-actualization, healing, peak performance, and servant leadership. As a harm reductionist, I’ve guided over 200 high-dose individual experiences and over a dozen group journeys, each adhering to a rigorous assessment, preparation, and integration/embodiment protocol. I specialize in curating programs that are grounded in psychological safety, employ the highest ethical standards, and adhere to deeply rooted, authentic ceremonial practices.
From 2010,, I served as an award-winning producer and high-performance team builder, netting over $100 million in income through sold-out festivals and events. I produced, curated, and served as master of ceremonies welcoming over 300,000 patrons from 80 different nations. I directed the coordination of over 5400 performers, 3000 individual shows, 1650 workshops, and countless immersive experiences, setting a new bar for what’s possible when converging visionary art, music, culture, and spirit into the alchemy of an intentional, thematic experience.
In 2021, I founded The SpArc: A groundbreaking leadership coaching approach that employs rites of passage, curated experiences, healing, and empowerment practices to elevate clients’ awareness and dramatically expand their impact. The SpArc has been profiled in national media publication The Assembly, featured in Psychedelics Today, and presented on nationally syndicated podcasts such as Third Wave, Innovative Leadership Institute, and TrueLife.
I currently serve on the teaching faculty of the Psychedelic Coaching Institute and the board of the Pearl Psychedelic Institute. I am also a founding member of the Psychedelic Society of Asheville. Alongside my wife, Renee Cruz, I co-founded the Communitas Sanctuary, a beautiful retreat center just outside of Asheville, North Carolina, on 11 acres of pristine mountain forestIn the Spring of 2025, I’m preparing for the official launch of The Quest, the next generation in Thematic Immersive Experiences. The Quest is a public benefit corporation (PBC) that creates transformative environments by merging art, entertainment and self-discovery. The Quest fuses cutting-edge storytelling with immersive technologies, interactive art installations and visitor participation to create a dynamic, mixed-reality environment that expands one’s sense of self, builds community and inspires people to create together.
