The Inner Compass Path
Navigating Thresholds & Transitions
The Inner Compass Path is a six-month mentorship program for people experiencing genuine transition. Not transitions that reside feel cohesive and within a natural flow of change. Rather, transitions that arrive abruptly without invitation, disrupting everything you thought was solid and sure, and demanding something from the depths of you that you don’t know how to genuinely support.
This program is designed for courageous souls who find themselves in a deeply challenging crossroads in their lives. From the disorientation of standing at the edge of the vast unknown, into the collapse of who/what you thought you were (or what you thought mattered most), through the slow deliberate work toward clarity, into the brave embodiment of a life more truly aligned than ever before – The four areas we will focus on serve as a generative path through the veil of uncertainty into a new state of awareness and agency on the other side. Cultivating this fresh vantage point will require the surrendering and break down of the old paradigm, an orde to experience the breakthrough into a new way of Being.
The foundation used for this passage is the ancient Buddhist teachings of the Eightfold Path. The vehicle toward discovery is holistic well-being and mindfulness; cultivating the power of true unshakable presence. The work required is honest, disciplined, and demanding. Yet my commitment is to accompany you side by side through the entirety of this time of great transitioning with skill, care, and unflinching presence.

Program Architecture
The program moves through four distinct areas of support with each building upon the last. Together they form a complete passage the initial period of internal collapse to the restoration of an embodied clarity. As a mentor and guide, I will hold all four areas of support in view throughout the six months of commitment, drawing forward and curating the process of what each client needs as the journey unfolds.
Every area is wholistic in design. Meaning that each takes a genuine full person orientation including: Body, Mind, Emotions and spirit. Nothing is addressed in isolation, as we are each integrative by nature.
The Four Areas of Support
Nourishing the vessel. Building from the ground up
Healthy transformation cannot take place in a body that is depleted. The first area of support addresses this reality directly. Before any interior work begins, we establish the physical conditions that make it possible: Nourishment, Rest, Breath and Movement.
This program is not about peak performance or optimization. It is about genuine care. Clients in transition often arrive with a highly dysregulated nervous system, disrupted sleep patterns, poor nutrition, and bodies that have been running on pure stress for months or even years. This focus area is about assessing what steps are needed to ensure your body’s genuine capacity and resilience is restored from the ground up.
The ancient art of Qigong will serve as our anchor in movement practice throughout the program. Breathwork will be our foundational pathway for vitality. Both are accessible regardless of fitness level and are chosen for their capacity to cultivate deep inner awareness, nervous system regulation and lasting physical health.
Seeing clearly. Cultivating wise view, intention & action.
The second area of focus is the true Soul of the program. With the body more settled, healthy and resilience, we begin the cultivation of deep inner presence. This quadrant focuses on the power of stillness, honest self-examination, and the employment of wise discernment.
The Eightfold Path is the foundation of our work together, which is the cultivation of: Wise View, Wise Intention, Wise Speech, Wise Action, Wise Livelihood, Wise Effort, Wise Mindfulness & Wise Concentration. This path is not about aspiration. It is a deconstructed road map home toward the restoration of one’s true essential nature. These are lived practices that, when engaged with sincerity and devotion, illuminate exactly where we are clinging, resisting, or acting from conditioning rather than innate clarity; And thus, gradually through disciplined practice and adherence to simple core principles, the restoration of a vast inner relationship with reality itself undistorted comes into fruition.
The Five Hindrances of Buddhist tradition also receive special attention: Sensual desire & attachment (Craving), ill-will (Aversion), laziness & addiction to comfort (Sloth & Torpor), worry and remorse (Restlessness), and doubt in the path. Understanding, noting where we are hooked with kind awareness, then carefully unraveling and dispelling these hindrances is central to the journey. Each hindrance is a teacher. Each reveal something about where the architecture of the mind has become ensnared and where the work of liberation is needed most.
The ceremony. The revelation. The integration of a deeper Knowing.
The third area is traversing through the threshold crossing itself. Using the ancient technology of plant medicine, we will co-create an intentional container with the safety, ethics and care, to traverse into the inner workings of the psyche & soul. With the architecture of body resilience and the practice of mindfulness fully in place, the depth and breadth of the journey experience now holds the greatest potential for rich sustainable transformation. The medicine is not a shortcut. It is a courageous and intense doorway into lasting healing, growth and positive change.
The ceremony can best be described as a catalytic experience. The intelligence of the medicine accentuates, amplifies and supports what you have already put into motion with your deep devotional work. With intentions clearly formed, hindrances identified and the wounds beginning to be seen and met with compassionate awareness, the medicine then awakens deep presence and a powerful capacity to attune to and metabolize what the normative mind cannot easily access on its own.
Yet beyond the ceremony itself, a highly focused integration arc post journey experience is often where the most potent shifts occur. Together ,we will carefully curate an embodiment process that will anchor in the deepest revelations of the experience. Cathartic insights and questions that arise during the immersion will be held with sincerity and care, and built into a daily practice with patience and consistency. This path can take significant time to anchor in. And it will require the brave persistence of wise effort. Yet given that time, you will make leaps in clarity of purpose, personal empowerment and perceptional capacity you never before dreamed was possible. We will additionally employ ancient Jhana meditative practices to your toolset to develop the sustained concentration and attention capacity necessary to anchor what has been revealed by the medicine.
[Important Note: If a client does not wish to participate in a Medicine Journey experience, an alternative offering of a private 4 day / 3 night Vipassana Insight meditation retreat will be provided. A traditional vow honoring the 5 precepts, noble silence, relinquishing of electronic devices, refraining from reading & writing and immersing in 8-10 hours of walking, standing, eating, and sitting meditation will provide a profoundly powerful catalyst for this initiatory arc. Or a client can opt for both experiences if desired and resources & time allow.]
The fourth area of focus is where the journey becomes an empowered choice. Not a reluctant decision made as a victim of life circumstance born from fear or obligation or the expectations of what is expected of you. A decision made from clarity: the accumulated fruit of everything you’ve courageously embodied, nourished, practiced, and metabolized across the previous months of wise effort.
This is the crossing into a new paradigm of being. Together, we will name your authentic next steps to commit to and embrace with the whole self. That step may be a new relationship orientation, a new vocation, a new lifestyle, or simply the resolved decision to be more honest with who you truly are. Whatever it is, it belongs to your heart, your mind, your spirit.
As your mentor and guide, I will hold the space, but I will not be directing the outcome. This stage of the path is different for everyone who arrives. Every single being walking upon this Earth has a unique path and destiny all their own. I will help you distinguish between the voice of genuine knowing and the voices of conditioning, fear, or habit pattern. The Eightfold Path, particularly Wise View, Wise Intention, and Wise Action, is the frame through which this discernment is to be made.
“Just as a candle cannot burn without fire, a person cannot live without a spiritual life.”

Holding the Container
Session Structure
Twenty to Twenty-Four sessions will be held across six months on a weekly cadence. Sessions are sixty to seventy-five minutes in length. Between sessions, clients are supported through their daily practice structure, a companion guide book and practitioner check-ins through text, email or voice note to support significant or challenging moments of growth.
Adaptability
Unexpected challenges will arise during the six months. They always do. This program is designed to hold that reality. The four areas of support provide orientation and are not an obligation. Some areas of focus may take longer to support as authentic grounded care and capacity is the central essence of this program. As the mentor and guide, I will respond to what is actually present and not drive forward on a predetermined sequence.
The Practitioner's Practice
This program is offered from within an adept active practice orientation, and not from a completed mastered system. As a committed devotee of practice, as I deepen in study, ceremony, and contemplative training, new tools may enter the container in response to what clients need and my own learning. This is a program designed for me to grow alongside the people I am blessed to serve as an ally, as well as a guide.
