Men’s Sacred Embodiment Retreat

July 30 - Aug 1, 2026

MSE 1

""I had reached a limitation of traditional counseling and clinical therapy. Even though intellectually I knew so many of the right things from a healing perspective, my nervous system and my emotional side were stuck in the traumas of the past, in a state of fight or flight. What I found here altered my self-beliefs, helped me recenter and reconnect my mind and my heart, and gave me somatic affirmations of what I had only known intellectually. It wasn't just a logical intellectualizing. It was a true deep embodiment.".

A Return to the Sovereign Self

There comes a time in a man’s life when the weight of self-doubt, regret, and unspoken expectation can no longer be carried forward. A moment when the stories that kept him small begin to dissolve, and a deeper truth calls forth the sovereign path that has always lived within. This retreat is an invitation to that threshold, a rite of remembrance, reclamation, and rebirth.

In a world that asks men to achieve without rest, to give without feeling, and to prove instead of be, it becomes vital to create spaces where masks are dropped, truth is welcomed, and the body becomes a sacred compass once again.

This retreat is not about becoming something more. It is about returning to what has always been true.

Through embodied practice, honest council, co-elevational leadership, medicine work, sacred ritual, and time in nature, we will soften the grip of who we’ve been told to be and step boldly into who we are called to become. Together, we move from the edges of isolation into the heart of connection. From performance into presence.

This is a journey of:

  • Letting go of self-doubt and anchoring in self-faith
  • Moving from stagnation into authentic freedom
  • Releasing the burden of doing and arriving into relational presence
  • Transmuting regret into a meaningful life of fulfillment

This is the sacred art of embodiment: returning to the felt sense of worth, value, and deep inner alignment. In this container, vulnerability is honored. Truth is medicine. And brotherhood is embraced as a place where each man is seen not for what he does, but for who he truly is beneath the surface. Together, we will remember what it means to stand rooted and alive, with nothing to prove.

This retreat is designed for those ready to shed old skin. For the man who senses something more calling just beyond the noise.  Who is willing to meet the unknown with open hands, open heart, and a fierce commitment to truth.

If you are feeling the stir… This is your moment.
A sacred fire is burning. And its calling for you to return to your true authentic self in living, breathing presence.

Come as you are. Leave as who you were always meant to be. Sovereign. Embodied. Free.

"I honestly can't think of a reason why a man shouldn't want to be a part of this process. A catalyst for a lot of this work for me was some pieces of my life falling apart. But even if everything is going great and you just want to take it to the next level, explore a little bit, and grow, I can't see a reason why I wouldn't recommend this to any man. I will recommend this to every man in my life."

Ro.

(Co-facilitator and men’s integration coach)

Ro is a men’s integration coach who turns insight into lasting, embodied change. His role is to help each participant get the most from their journey, and make sure the changes stick…

Ro spent over 20 years as a trainer and facilitator, working with well over 10,000 participants, including leadership programs for HP, Volvo, HSBC, and Accenture. But the work became personal after his own unraveling: depression, divorce, and a loss of identity and purpose. That passage transformed his approach from teaching skills to learning how to embody them.

What followed was five years traveling the world, seeking out coaches, ashrams, and medicine journeys. From that search emerged Ro’s blend of somatic awareness, parts work, and attachment-informed insight.
